Cancellations must be done 72 hours prior to your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment (no-show/no-call), the full amount of your scheduled service will be charged to your credit card on file. If you cancel after your 72 hour window, 50% of your scheduled service will be charged to your credit card on file.
